2.11 We aim to deliver our products within 7-10 business days after ordering. However, please note, that in some situations outside of our control, delivery might take up to 30 days and delivery delays can occasionally occur. 2.12 We put substantial effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. Under no circumstance will we be liable for any cost, loss, depreciation, or damage of packages during shipping. If you receive a shipment with visible damage and discover the product is damaged during shipping, immediately contact the carrying trade company to file a complaint. We are also advise to save all packaging details and damaged products.
2.13 For items not received, you can send us a claim within sixty days from order date. We are not liable for claims received after that sixty days period from order date. After receiving a claim, we will open an investigation process with our shipper. In case of confirmed non-delivery, carrier typically will find and deliver your package. In case of confirmed non-delivery and your package is not found, we will either refund you or replace your order.
3. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY
3.1 You may exchange or return your order within 30 (thirty) days from the original receipt date of your order. In the event that you are unwilling or unable to return the item within 30 days from the receipt date, any exchange or refund will be denied. We are not liable for missing, damaged, incorrect orders or parts after 30 days from receipt.
3.2 To be eligible for a return all items must be in the same condition when purchased (unmodified and unaltered condition), with all original packaging attached and packed in an appropriate shipping container.
3.3 Items such as Gift cards, Downloadable software products, Some health and personal care items are non-refundable.

3.5 All return arrangements and costs are your responsibility, and a $5 handling fee will also be deducted. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3.6 Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Return will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of the returned item at the returns facility.
